So your device could send and receive at once, like Ethernet. Not as good of course, but a lot better than otherwise. You only need a 2.5gig+ switch to take advantage of WiFi 6e speeds, you will get the benefits of the 6ghz band regardless.The unifi cams are well built but expensive for what you get. Also, when using RTSP for BI, the settings/customization are pretty lacking compared to most other cameras (clearly, their primary focus is on the unifi ecosystem, not 3rd party integration). It's a tough path. But they are setting the standard of affordable prosumer home networking as a product category, with a lot of growing pains.I'd recommend not using separate SSIDs based on frequency. It's generally not a good idea. You only need one combined 2.4 and 5GHz SSID for all your personal devices, if you activate MAC authorization. You can bring your devices into specific vlans with this configuration. You have to switch between the "new" and "legacy" gui all the time because some things are only in one and other items are only in the other.Basically ubiquiti manual/support says that resetting the unit (amplifi hd) would revert it to "out of box" status, however they did sell some of these ubiquiti hd cubes with a teleport together. I recently made a huge upgrade from a few Nest cams to a UDM-PRO for my home. I purchased a 16TB Seagate Skyhawk AI Surveillance HDD to go along with it. I currently have (3) G3 Instants and (2) G4 Doorbells and have plans to add 5 more G3 Instants. My questions are about ideal recording for this setup.You could get away with a UDM SE for the 10Gbe WAN port and split off your POE access points off of the 8 built in ports. From there use the other SFP+ port to go to a 10Gbe switch of your choosing. Get a media converter that does 1/2.5/5/10 RJ45 to SFP+ at 10G. Doesn't work in UDM Pro..
