There you can override the default behavior and set the output resolution to HD. This issue is that if the monitor is displaying HD, then when I grab a still it is saved as HD. If its greyed out with the recycle logo.. you may have a GPU resource issue. Lets start with one node first and make sure you can select that. Then add a second and see if that works. Peter.
